The Muluki Civil (Code) Act, 2017 (2074) and the Muluki Civil Procedure (Code) Act 2017 (2074) (collectively called the “Code”) will come into effect from 17 August 2018.
The Code makes material changes to the laws of contract and execution formalities of contracts, deeds and other documents.
